Directions

Mix (1) scoop of MRE LITE with 4-6 oz of water or your favorite beverage. Shake well and consume. Any time of day as a high protein, complete meal replacement.

It was closer to a lite vanilla with a hint of butterscotch . I might buy it again but so far vanilla and cookies & cream have been my favorte . Still need to try banana lite bread .

Definitely worth it. People say in some of the reviews that the taste is terrible. I don't know if it was before or not but it's not terrible. It taste great it's not very sweet which is perfect. Definitely hold you over great after a workout. Taste like you're eating banana bread homemade banana bread.

Best Answer:  It is a good source of protein if you have lactose or dairy issues. It can be used as a meal replacement especially if you add berries or other items to it, versus just water. Could help with weight loss if you replace a couple of meals with a shake.
