Natrol® 5-HTP TR 100mg Time Release is a drug-free plantderived
source of an amino acid that naturally increases the body's

Directions

Take 1 tablet, up to two times daily, with food.

Try it.
I wanted something natural so thought I would try this.
It took about two weeks for it to work and I am really glad that I gave it a try.
It took away my anxiety and nervousness.
I don't want to be without it.
I take the 100mg.

mild effect, improved sleep
These are small tablets that are very easy to take. I appreciated that, because I can have difficulty swallowing larger pills. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to work for me. I didn't feel like it relieved any stress, but I do think it helped me to fall asleep more quickly. I was hoping to feel more calm during the day as well, but that wasn't the case. Perhaps it works better for others.

Great Product!
I work a stressful/fast pace job and this supplement has really made a HUGE difference. i feel more careful, without feeling foggy. Highly recommended and look forward to trying other products from this line in the future

Balanced all day
I bought early during the pandemic to help manage light stress throughout the day. They work great throughout the day. I feel balance and can focus all day without feeling foggy or distant. I can use them daily.

Not for me
I really had hopes for these mood tablets since they are extra strength formula but unfortunately they did not do much for me. I did not notice any change or elevation of my moods while taking these tablets.

Great product!
This is a product for those that are always on the go and and get wore out from everything going on around you. I feel so much better since I have started taking these and others around me have noticed the difference as well.

Natrol - Natrol 5-HTP Extra Strength, Mood & Stress Time Release Tablets in 100mg seem to be working so far. I've taken them for 2 almost 3 weeks and am feeling lot less stressed out and in a better mood. I'm excited to see how they work after a while longer

Natrol products always deliver!
With the current COVID-19 pandemic on top of life's stressors, it's sometimes a little difficult to unwind and relax for a productive night's sleep or get ready for a full day. After taking the Mood & Stress I felt more able to focus without a spike from coffee or drowsiness. So far so good!

Helps Relax that Anxious Feeling
Natrol 5-HTP Extra Strength Time Release For Mood and Stress is perfect to help ?calm? that feeling we can get from a chaotic day! I?ve taken it several times now and am truly amazed by its power to relieve my anxiety and stress. You would not think a non prescribing pill would be helpful with relieving stress, but it honestly does it?s job. I was skeptical about its usefulness and was pleasantly surprised by the difference it made in my mood.

Best Answer:  I take it on an empty stomach right before I go to bed and I have no problems at all. I am sensitive to vits on an empty stomach but no problems with this.

I would like to use 5 HTP TR for both appetite control and sleep. I take Wellbutrin for depression. I have three questions: 1) Is it okay to take with Wellbutrin? and 2) when should I take it to cover my day to control my appetite along with using as a sleep aid? 3) What dosage should I take?

Best Answer:  I don't know about the Welbutrin. I take one tablet at night before bed with melatonin. It does help with sleep and I think with appetite. good luck. Check with your doctor.
