      It works!
      I was skeptical when I first bought this. There are claims out there that don't deliver. My 1st dose was today. I got up this morning. Did not eat or drink anything. I took 3 capsules as the bottle instructed and I drank a bottled water within about an hour. It works! I have not been hungry all day and made myself eat something. I did go to the bathroom like 3 times (#2) today but I think it's from my stomach being full and it was pushed out.

      For Weight Management = this Works well!
      If you are trying to extend a fast between meals and manage your weight/health, this product fits the bill. The soluble fiber wards off tummy rumbles but does not interfere with your next meal. Best "snack substitution" out there!

      Capsule not dissolving
      I just bought these and have been taking them with no noticeable effects. I found out why...sorry to say but they are coming out like they go in. For some reason these capsules are not breaking down at all. I tried them from two different bottles. Yesterday at 4pm I put one in a glass of water. 17 hours later it is still in one piece. I don't have this issue with any other Vitamin Shoppe product...and we usually go for the store brand for quality.

      Not worth it
      That is the worse quality of a product does not really expand I put two capsules in a half cup of water it didn't even thinking the water. So if you are buying this product thinking that it will expand so you can feel full before meal save your money please thank you.

      UPSET STOMACH
      I did not like these supplements. Tried taking them as recommended all they did was upset my stomach all the time and make me feel very nauseus.

      I was taking 1 capsule before each meal. I just read the directions again and it says 3 capsules before meals. So you take 3 capsules before every meal, so 9 capsules a day? That seems a bit excessive.

      Best Answer:  I have been using these in my smoothies by breaking the capsules and blending it...Its important to drink the smoothie immediately, otherwise, it turns into pudding...These capsules are suppose to make you feel full. I do not eat 3 times a day so use these if you want to eat less and feel full.

      I need to lose 35 lbs and I figured if this was on Dr. Oz it must be good and work. Will this really help me lose those pounds? I have started an exercise program 3 days a week.

      Best Answer:  If you tend to over eat, this may be the answer. The konjac root is a natural fiber that expands, so there is less room in your belly. Meaning if your stomach is already full, you should eat less. If overeating is your issue AND you can remember to take it 30 minutes before you eat, this will probably help.

      Although I never lost more than a couple of pounds using this product alone. I can tell you, it does help with eliminating some of that "belly pooch" that women tend to get. I expect that is the "fiber" aspect. You will become very regular. Also, please remember to drink lots of water with this product. You need it to ensure this passes through your body. I have read reviews of people becoming ill and having a difficult time with it. I think because they were not drinking enough water. I never had any difficulty.

      Best Answer:  30-60 minutes before is definitely better, however, I have found that even if I take it right before a meal, as long as I have a nice full glass of water (at least 12 oz or so) right afterwards, it still definitely helps... just make sure to eat your meal a little more slowly so you don't overstuff yourself!

      Best Answer:  I do not know the answer to that. You may want to ask a doctor or just google that question and see what you can come up with. But my experience is that it fills you up. I break open a capsule or two in my smoothie and use it as a filler. But hurry and drink because it practically turns to gelatin if it sits too long.

      I've been taking Lipozene for almost a week (from Walmart) and just purchased a bottle of this since it was cheaper.
      I've noticed with the lipozene I do feel fuller and don't get hungry between meals like I used to. I find myelf eating just to eat, not because I'm hungry. I'm trying very hard to change my eating habits and only eat when I'm hungry. Have you lost weight using this product?
