How much Creatine and BCAA's is in each serving ? I.e. 5g?

Best Answer:  Great question. I was wondering the same and found an old ad that says 2.5g creatine per serving, but I'm not sure if that still holds true. I found no mention of precise BCAA amount. I am curious as well since I supplement with both creatine and bcaa and would make adjustments if I knew the total I was already getting from the protein powder. ie if I'm already getting enough creatine from the Carnivor protein maybe I'd take less or skip extra creatine.

Best Answer:  Yes but 6/7 oz water is fine. I highly recommend adding in and blending frozen banana, berries & Avacado tho.

Why do I have to be 21 to buy this in NY I’m a federal employee does it have anything in it I would have to worry about ?

Why do the ingredients have MCTs from milk? Also, how can it have MCTs and no fat listed on label?
