Best Answer:  Honestly to lose weight you need to eat less calories than you burn. Eating a higher protein diet keeps you satiated. This is a source of good quality protein with minimal fat and carbs. Eat a well balanced diet with a little bit of emphasis on protein and keep your calories under your caloric expenditure.
