I went back and forth on this protein each time I used it. The pros: it blends really well to a very smooth consistency. It didn't upset my stomach or cause any bloating the way other protein powders have in the past. And it's low calorie, and only 1g of sugar for a good protein pay off (24g per serving.) However, I couldn't get past how overly sweet it tasted. It overpowered the flavor to where all I could taste was artificial sweetener which for me was ultimately a deal breaker.

how many ounces of liquid do you mix with this protein?

  I generally prefer to take this powder with milk and mix with ground coffee. For two scoops of this protein I roughly add 400 ml (around 14 ounces) of milk. But be sure to take sufficient fluids during the day as protein needs lot of liquids to digest. Hope this helps.

  It depends on how thick you want it. I don't measure exactly but I usually end with about a 12oz drink when mixing water with one scoop of Gold Standard Whey. However, those amounts will change if you add fruit, juices, other supplements, etc. It's whatever you prefer.

  For a bolder flavor with slightly more body and sweetness, mix each scoop with 4-6 oz of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. For a milder tasting, less sweet shake, use 8-10 oz of liquid per scoop.
