Container is Half-Full
I like ISO protein, I bought 1.30 lb can today for the first time, and by accident/before I opened it, I saw can is half-full. Hold it towards a light and powder sits below Dymatize letters. I am returning this as I am u sure it has 20 scoops of protein in it. I'm very disappointed and will be checking the 5lb can before I purchase that too. When I called the store representative said the company stores products in large containers and this is "Normal".

Half Empty
I have been ordering this product for years when I received my order the container was half empty. Perhaps The Vitamin Shoppe is a victim of high inflation and has now started to pass the expense on to the consumer by offering less product for the same price.

Didn't get a full container
I have no issue with the taste or quality of the powder. However, when I opened up the container it was only filled up half way. Unless I'm mistaken and I did get the amount of powder I paid for but it just came in a bigger container?? If someone can please respond to this just so I know if I'm right or wrong. I've never bought protein powder and it was only filled up halfway, it's always full.

Really good!!! I had initially bought a different protein, which was gross, exchanges for this one and thankfully I did. This tasted good with water & almond milk! Associate recommended! Worth it if you like vanilla!

Product decreased in size.
The packaging has decreased in size for some flavors but they cost the same. Switching brands. I absolutely don't believe in paying for the same product at the same price but the size has decreased.

It was one of the few shakes that didn't make my stomach hurt but the taste isn't spectacular anyways.

Top protein mix for me. Vanilla my all time favorite
My go to protein . Very velvety smooth to drink, easy to drink. Used to be gnc member, but I think I would stick with Vitamin Shoppe. :)

Dymatize BDay cake Fruity Pebbles
The Bday Cake edition of fruity pebbles tasted disappointing. It's like they couldn't decide if they wanted a vanilla or a fruity pebble flavor, so they just settled on a weird vanilla. Regular fruity pebbles is great though

Best Answer:  I can honestly say that i had no concerns about the sodium content of Iso 100. I used it as a meal replacement on my high-protein/low-carb regime and didnt suffer any excess bloating or higher blood pressure during that time. Hope this helps.

Best Answer:  1) Whey Protein is always best taken 30-60 minutes after a workout within what is referred to as the "Golden Hour". During this time the body is most depleted from glycogen stores and is also most primed to receive macronutrients.
2) On rest days, it really depends on your macronutrient intake (carbs, fats, proteins). If you haven't reached your protein intake goals, ISO 100 can help fill in those gaps.

Finally, as good as ISO-100 is, no protein powder will ever be able to replace other whole food protein sources. This product is best used post workout and to fill in protein gaps that your whole foods don't cover.

Best Answer:  Hi! I am so happy with this product. I use it sometimes before my workouts and sometimes after. It just depends on tge situation. I use my protein powder on any shakes and even as meal replacements. I put it on my oat meal and pancakes mix! It is awesome.
