I can honestly say that i had no concerns about the sodium content of Iso 100. I used it as a meal replacement on my high-protein/low-carb regime and didnt suffer any excess bloating or higher blood pressure during that time. Hope this helps.

  None at all, it hasn't affected me

  1) Whey Protein is always best taken 30-60 minutes after a workout within what is referred to as the "Golden Hour". During this time the body is most depleted from glycogen stores and is also most primed to receive macronutrients.
2) On rest days, it really depends on your macronutrient intake (carbs, fats, proteins). If you haven't reached your protein intake goals, ISO 100 can help fill in those gaps.

Finally, as good as ISO-100 is, no protein powder will ever be able to replace other whole food protein sources. This product is best used post workout and to fill in protein gaps that your whole foods don't cover.

  IMHO: Protein like this is best within an hour or so post-workout. Because its hydrolyzed, it's faster to digest for quick delivery to muscles. Doesn't hurt to add to your diet on your off days if you're needing to add protein just be aware of any extra calories you might be consuming as well.

  I would recommend taking it after your workout to feed your muscles. If you are looking to add additional protein to your diet, then I would also recommend on days that you don't work out.

  take after a workout but I add a banana to it for some carbs.

yes...I drink the protein shake even if I don't work out but I don't put the banana in it.

  Hi! I am so happy with this product. I use it sometimes before my workouts and sometimes after. It just depends on tge situation. I use my protein powder on any shakes and even as meal replacements. I put it on my oat meal and pancakes mix! It is awesome.

  this is a whey protein supplement and is not intended to be a meal replacement. it is a great source of protein pre or post workout. meal replacements should have a mix of proteins and other macro nutrients closer to the level of a meal.

  i do trade work and always moving like a workout. does help keep the hungries away does help to use before a workout

  Yes I do use this as a meal replacement and an after workout drink, it's delicious!!
