A Staple For Me

This stuff works
I'm cutting and trying to bring off fat on a low carb diet. I mainly use it on my cheat day and always wake up lighter the day after. I usually have a burger combo for a cheat meal and eat normal there after.

P.S. You posted pix of 2 products, thus my answer above. But if you want to know the diff between the Phase 2 Carb Controller and the Phase 2 Starch Neutralizer, I believe it's the same thing, just 2 names. Starches are a type of carb.

I need to lose 20 lbs. My current is 155 lbs. and I am 52 years old. I already eat like a bird and exercise but the weight keeps coming on. What should I take to lose 20 lbs?

Best Answer:  First off Phase 2 may or may not be effective for you. It is not a magic pill. You need to eliminate sugar in all its insidious forms. Sugar is NOT your friend. Reduce carbs and starches to a bare minimum, eliminate as often as possible. Consume fresh organic greens and veggies and small portions of protein as meat. Size of your palm.I consume Phase 2 about 15-20 minutes before eating a meal that has a carbohydrate in it. It seems to work occasionally with me. Good luck.
