Best shakes I've ever tried
So I wanted to start a clean up diet while I quit drinking. I've taken breaks from alcohol before and usually the cravings to have a beer are still there and I have to work at it. When I tried these shakes (two days in of having two shakes a day) I completely did not care for beer/alcohol/ sweets in the slightest. Couldn't care about it at all. I wanted the shakes for an easy healthy option and found they REALLY helped me with my diet plan.

Blend chocolate shake w/ blueberries & especially blackberries ( for texture & crunch) add ice after blending. It's incredible. With extra water, veggie, fruits and my probiotics it's really working for me

Love the Shakes
I have been trying to lose some weight. Someone suggested Supergut shakes, so I tried them as a meal replacement for breakfast. I have tried the vanilla and chocolate. Both really good. Along with other healthy changes to my diet, Supergut has helped me lose 10 lbs in a month!. Love the shakes. Easy to make and great tasting!

Great Product
I have had two half doses and have felt better each day. I hope it's a trend that continues. I would like to know if the product's protein includes whey and, if not, if I could safely add some whey protein.

Good taste, seeing no chances in gut health
I like the taste of the shake, but I haven't experienced any changes in my gut health. I've drank it almost daily as well.

Great stuff!
I have been having a shake instead of lunch every day and am already down 10lb and have noticed a difference with gut health. They taste great especially if you add almond or peanut butter, banana or coffee. Looking forward to more flavors!
