This protein shake seriously nailed the flavor of fruity cereal. It taste like the left over milk after a bowl of fruity cereal. There was no after taste extremely smooth. It mixed really well in a simple blender bottle. None of the flavors were overpowering and it taste like one of the best protein powers I've had. It's definitely the one I go for right after a workout and I want a sweet treat.

When mixed with water, this definitely tastes like the milk from fruity cereal. However, the ingredient list is not very clean and has a low protein content. It's just not the healthiest protein powder on the market so I wouldn't use it again.

This protein powder is okay. It smells nothing like fruity cereal to me. I used water and it may have been better with milk or a milk alternative. It did not want to blend well at first but eventually it did just took more effort. I will experiment more with it to make it taste better.

Fun style for protein powder that I will use from time to time but I still prefer vanilla flavor

When I first opened it, the smell was very strong and persisted for a bit. It smells and tastes like fruit loops. I just mixed with water and it was definitely enough flavor. I can see myself using this from time to time if I want a fun taste, but I prefer a simple vanilla whey powder. It does dissolve very easily though, which I really like.If you really like the taste of fruit cereal, I would recommend this.

I'm shocked at the level of accuracy when it comes to the flavor. While I will admit that the protein is still tasted in the formula, the fruity taste is genuinely enjoyable. I've mixed it into fruit smoothies, made it on its own, and even tried it as the cereal milk for my bowl of cereal. I really think this is unique enough to recommend as sometimes, I'm not always in the mood for vanilla or chocolate flavors in my protein powder. I really liked this overall. It blends really easily as well.

Does this product contain caffeine? If so how much?

  Hey Michael. To answer you question. No this product does not contain caffeine. It is the only protein I buy now. I have tried many but this is the best. Order it online though it can cost more in the stores. Although some stores have price matched for me. Hope this helps

Is this product approved by the NCAA? My son plays Varsity Soccer.

  I am not aware of an "approval" mechanism within the NCAA, but presumably it involves the avoidance of ingredients that are on a list of banned substances. To my knowledge (but check this out), none of the ingredients in this product is on a banned list. Does the products sold in India comes with inner seal or not? I bought one from Healthkart and it didn't have the inner seal.Please help
