Directions

First time users may want to start off with two scoops in 12 oz of water and then increase to four or more scoops throughout the day. Prime Mass can be taken in a variety of ways, such as two to four scoops in between meals to increase your daily caloric intake, two to four scoops post workout to promote recovery, or two to four scoops before bed to shuttle the proper nutrients to your muscle while you rest.
