  Jess if you want to increase your weight there is a few steps that you need to follow, 1 you need eat every 3 hours breakfast lunch and dinner and between those foods one snack, 2 the quality increase the protein and carbohydrates also vegetables and fruits , if you do exercise don't burn a lot quantity of calories, example if you run don't run for more than 15 min because if you run for 20 min or more you are burning calories you need but less calories than the quantity that you eat the whey protein help whits this recommendation I hope it helps this explanation English is not my first language thanks
