Directions

Mix four (4) scoops (310g) of Prime Mass with 24 oz water in a blender, or use milk for a creamier and more nutrient dense shake. Blend for 45-60 seconds before adding ice cubes and any additional ingredients. Blend for another 30-45 seconds for a delicious shake. First time users may want to start off with two scoops in 12 oz of water and then increase to four or more scoops throughout the day. Prime Mass can be taken in a variety of ways, such as two to four scoops in between meals to increase your daily caloric intake, two to four scoops post workout to promote recovery, or two to four scoops before bed to shuttle the proper nutrients to your muscle while you rest.

Great product ?? I drink 2 to 3 shakes per day
Get two 24 oz shaker bottles and make 2 shakes in instead of one shake so it won't
be so thick I use whole milk so i don't know
if water would be a little more thinner.

Do not buy!
Awful. Mixed with 4 cups of milk to avoid being too thick and it still came out as sludge. Taste is also subpar.

Wouldn't recommend
The mass gainer protein to malt/starch ratio is less than 1:4, making the bulk quality not a good lean source. If you don't mind getting the fat, go for it. Otherwise, there's cheaper mass gainers with 1:3 or 1:2 protein/starch ratio.

Changed Taste
They changed the taste drastically from 2020-2021. It's way sweeter and tastes like fruity chocolate? It used to taste pretty good and now it's very bad tasting. They also changed the scooper and now it's super flimsy. Shame.

Great Gainer For The Price
This gainer is actually pretty good for the price! I am not a huge Body Tech supporter, but this definitely works well. I've only had chocolate, but the taste is good and mixes pretty well. Definitely better blended, but mixes 90% in a shaker cup on the go.

I've been using this for about 1.5 months along with some scaled up food intake and have put on close to 9 pounds. Worth a try if your hesitant and new to using a gainer!
