Directions

Mix four (4) scoops (310g) of Prime Mass with 24 oz water in a blender, or use milk for a creamier and more nutrient dense shake. Blend for 45-60 seconds before adding ice cubes and any additional ingredients. Blend for another 30-45 seconds for a delicious shake. First time users may want to start off with two scoops in 12 oz of water and then increase to four or more scoops throughout the day. Prime Mass can be taken in a variety of ways, such as two to four scoops in between meals to increase your daily caloric intake, two to four scoops post workout to promote recovery, or two to four scoops before bed to shuttle the proper nutrients to your muscle while you rest.

Great product
This is my second mass weight gainer and the first one didn?t do anything. Since I started taking this one it has helped me so much. It taste great and blends well. This is the only mass weight gainer I will buy from now on!!

Hard Gainer
I took the Vanilla flavor and it tasted great. So far I have taken 1 12lb bag. If your like me, you're a hard gainer. With Prime Mass, I cut the servings in half. Drinking the 24oz is alot, so half the serving worked out, plus it lasted longer.
I was able to gain 3lbs of muscles. Even though it may not seem like alot...remember that there are 16oz in a lb. So a few ounces here and a few ounces there....worked out just fine for me.

Liked the taste. Being an Old Broken Guy it seems to be helping me with regaining lost muscle. I had a back injury that I am struggling with time to time. Needed surgery & I am just getting back into my routine after a 2+ year hiatus.

Best protein shake powder I've ever tried.
I've had hiatal hernia where I could barely eat a big plate of food without alot of pain. I was losing ALOT of weight fast. I needed something that was high protein and high calorie!! I found this protein powder and bought it in vanilla flavor. It is absolutely the best tasting protein shake I've ever had in my life. It tastes literally like a McDonald's shake, not kidding and it's helped me to keep weight on. Some people think it might be a little bit too sweet, if you feel that way then I would add trace mineral drops to that which are naturally very salty. That way you can get your minerals in as well as the other benefits of this shake.
