Directions
For a rich, thick shake, mix 2 scoopfuls (62g) with 12 fluid ounces of water in a shaker or blender. If a shaker or a blender is not convenient, ISOPURE can be stirred into solution with spoon.

This is the best protein I have ever tasted, and now I'm buying my second tub. It does not taste gross at all, and it packs 50g protein in a 12 oz. serving. Mixes perfectly with no residue ever (I use a shaker bottle). You cannot find a better value, even at $35.

I just bought this product last week and i am highly unsatified with the flavor. Not only does it taste absolutly horrible, it smells bad. I bought the protein originally because i was very excited about the low calorie and no carb features. Maybe the other flavors taste better but DO NOT buy this flavor. i would get vanilla or cookies and cream maybe.

I have one shake for breakfast every morning and I am generally satisfied with this product. However, I read a review which stated that this product easily dissolved in cold liquid, but this is not true. I have had better luck dissolving one scoopful of powder in about 2 ounces of very HOT water. Six to eight ounces of milk may be added after stirring the mixture with a fork for the best results (in my opinion). Overall, I enjoy Isopure shakes, and would recommend this product to anyone with is looking to cut out some extra sugar from their diet!

With only 200 calories and zero carbs when mixed with water and psylliumi husk and my Phyt-Alive vitamin/mineral liquid supplement this is the perfect cutter taken five times a day.
Vitamin Shoppe is asking too much money even at their lowest instore or webite pricing. I get it cheaper online from one of the retailers suggested by the Isopure company website.

ISOPURE is one of, if not the best quality proteins on the market. It mixes easy, affordable, and taste Great. ISOPURE works. A lot of other proteins have ingredients your not necessarily looking for in a protein. I tried many other products and couldn't find one that I liked better then this. I mix mine with light apple juice.

This product is by far the absolute best meal replacement since.....EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! the price was way more affordable at vitaminshop compared to gnc and i love the flavor on top of that it mixes evenly with milk or water(although i prefer milk better results:-) ) this product is always in stock and easy to find. No one can bad mouth this product.... NO ONE.

I'm on a low-carb diet and trying out the zero-carb line to help supplement protein in my diet. I mixed it with a little water, ice and cream (has zero carbs)...the cream helped with taste a bunch. I'm sure if you added milk that would help too but would add carbs. Very filling!

This protein mixes really well, even if you don't use a shaker cup, it still doesn't really clump, which is great. The strawberry taste was a little unexpected. I thought it was a bit salty tasting at first and did not like it. It wasn't gross or anything, just not my cup of tea. But after a while, I got used to it and now I think it's not bad. Still prefer chocolate over this one though. Also, the color of this one after mixing is a bright pink color, which is a little weird to drink haha. It's great that it has zero carb and so much protein though! Give it a try, you might like the strawberry taste better than me...
