About this product
Pro Complex(TM) Augmented Protein System provides 8 sources of protein: Ion-Exchange Whey Protein Isolates, Cross Flow Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolates, Egg Albumen, Glutamine Peptides, Whey Peptides, and the Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) L- Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. Each serving provides 60 grams of protein, 14 grams of BCAAs, 10 grams of glutamine and precursors plus an impressive list of minerals and Vitamins A, C, E, B6 and B12.
Directions
SPOON STIRRED: Add 2 rounded scoops of ProComplex APS to a glass filled with 8-12 oz of water, nonfat milk, or your favorite beverage. Then mix it up with a spoon. Stir for about 20 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved. SHAKER: Add 2 rounded scoops of ProComplex APS to you shaker cup and then pour 8-12 ounces of your preferred beverage. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds. Tip:Mixing two rounded scoops with 6-8 fl oz. of nonfat milk instead of waterwill give you a thicker, creamier shake. BLENDER: Add 2 rounded scoops of ProComplex APS powder to a blender filled with 8-12 fl oz of water, nonfat milk, or your favorite beverage. Add several ice cubes and mix on highest speed for 45-60 seconds. Shake up your shake: By adding a few high-energu ingredients to your shake you can blend up a complete meal.

I absolutely love this protein!!!! The recommended dosage is 2 scoops per serving after a workout, but I am pretty sure your body can not utilize 60 grams of protein at a time.

Very good shake. Not to bad to drink. Read the supplement facts and try to find a reason not to try this product. I noticed better muscle definition, and i wasnt feeling as swore mornings after work outs. Don't take my word for it.

The combination of good protein and essential vitamins and minerals found in the pro complex is an important balance for good nutrition. This product provides a variety of proteins, which serves to feed the body those needed amino acids over a longer duration than a pure whey product. The Pro Complex has been my favorite choice for years. Even though I try different products and change things up from time to time, I always come back to ON. I just see the best results and feel the best on this product. And while to me the first and most important issue in a protein shake is quality and nutritional balance, I will add that it's also one of the best tasting out there.

I use to take GNC's AMP Wheybolic Extreme 60 until I found this. I really liked the results from GNC's AMP product but it was just sooo expensive for such a small amount of protein. A friend of mine introduced me to Optimum Nutrition and when I did my research, I found that Pro Complex has the same, better actually, "nutrition facts" as AMP's.

I can only write about the vanilla bc that is what I ordered. The taste with milk is great, almost like a shake...I have tried it with water and it is ok if you cant use milk. The price at vitamin shoppe is almost half that of GNC. I highly recommend this product
