Directions
Shaker: Add one heaping scoop to your shaker cup and then pour 10-12 oz of your preferred beverage. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds. Blender: Add one heaping scoop to a blender filled with 10-12 oz of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Blend for 20-30 seconds. Add 3-4 ice cubes and blend for an additional 30 seconds. Spoon Stirred: Add one heaping scoop to a glass filled with 10-12 oz of cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Mix it up with a spoon for about 30 seconds or until powder is dissolved.

I drink ON Casine every night before bed the slow burn feeds me for the 8+ hours I sleep.
I wake up hungry but not starving and ready for my workout first thing in the morning.

I make casein pudding every night before bed. Not sure if it's this stuff, or combination of this and drinking Syntrax Nectar protein daily, but I have not had ANY cravings since adding to my routine. Trainer said it tastes gross, but I don't think it's bad at all! I mix 1 scoop with 8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a heaping spoon or two of lite cool whip, and a little bit of sugar free pudding mix (chocolate). It makes it a mousse consistency! YUM! Curious to know what the other flavors are like...

I've tried ON's vanilla, chocolate, and now the cookies & cream which I think is the best of the three. The cookies & cream flavor doesn't have an overpowering taste and seems to blend better than the other two. For some reason the vanilla would blend so foamy which seemed to make drinking all the product impossible.
I recommend this casein since its 100% Micellar and tastes great.

Well I did some research and found that Casein might be what i was looking for...I purchased this 2 days ago, the taste is great...and very easy to drink, though i cant say if its done much yet, since i just bought it...this combined(stacked) with a scoop of whey protein would be a great post-workout shake or bedtime snack since they have all the Branch Chain Amino Acids BCAA's...at times a half a scoop of casein with one scoop of whey might be a good way to go right after my workout..

Great taste and for Casein it mixes just fine. I mix it with Almond milk and I look forward to my before bed snack every evening. ON ROCKS!!

I like ON's casein protein. I mix it with just enough milk to make it like a pudding since casein typically does not mix well as a drinkable shake. Unfortunately, this flavor is not nearly as good as ON's whey cookies and cream. For ON casein- I prefer Chocolate Supreme.

this is a very good value but the taste is absolutly horrible. if you can actually swallow this stuff then go ahead and take it but i have to choke it down or mix it in the blender to be able to drink it. great product just horrible flavor.. for me at least

This is great for before bed or as a quick breakfast. Great taste and mixes easily. Only complaint is the price in-store it goes for $28.99 for two pounds
