Glucosamine and Chondroitin both provide the essential building material glycosaminoglycans, which are required for healthy cartilage formation, promoting mobility, range of motion, flexibility and to ease occasional joint stress due to exercise or physical activity. MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) provides a natural, bioavailable source of sulfur, an important mineral that also supports healthy collagen, connective tissue, joint cartilage and joint mobility. MSM works synergistically to increase the benefits of glucosamine and chondroitin. This formulation also provides Hyaluronic Acid.
Directions
As a dietary supplement for adults, take three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

I was a bit doubtful but taking them has helped. It took about 10 days for me to notice, but notice I did !

I purchased these 3 months ago at a helfty price and was also skeptical.I must say that taking these everyday has made a big difference in my comfort levels esp. my knees stairs walking etc. I take with a teaspoon of honey & water to swallow!
