Avoid Cyanocobalamin
This product contains cyanocobalamin. I've heard that is synthetic B12 and it gave me a very upset stomach. I cannot tolerate it and its in many energy drinks too. I advise to avoid it.

No junk ingredients!
Solfataras puts out very high quality supplements without allergenic ingredients or unnecessary fillers or sugars. This has just the right potency for daily b vitamin boost and is evident in my energy levels when I forget to take it. My daughter takes this daily and also loves it!

Finally getting the B vitamins I need
I took a "Super B Complex" vitamin for 20-30 years, but when a Functional Medicine Dr. checked my blood levels, all of my B vitamins were low....Now, I know I'm getting the right dose of all of the B. Vitamins, and am not throwing my money down the drain. I'm confident in this product.

What is the health benefit of taking B-Complex tablet?

Best Answer:  The B complex includes all of the water soluble vitamins except vitamin C. They come in the diet from green vegetables, whole or enriched grains, dairy and meat. If your diet is lacking in these items, a B complex supplement can be beneficial. I am not a doctor and you should discuss your nutritional needs with your medical professional.

Does this form of B12 contain Methylcobalamin or Cyanocobalamin? All the label states is that is has "Cobalamin"which is not very specific.

Best Answer:  Since it has "Folic Acid" instead of "Methyl Folate", I would suspect it is Cyano Cobalamin instead of Methyl Cobalamine. Both Methyl Folate and Methyl Cobalamin are the "bioactive body ready" forms of B9, B12 respectively. Folic Acid and Cyano Cobalamin have longer shelf life and are fine for most people.
