Directions
As a dietary supplement, take two capsules daily, preferably with a meal.

I am a firm believer that if prenatal vitiamins are good enough to build healthy babies then they must be good all your life. I am 69 years old and my hair is well past my waist and it is naturally a dark brown. That's a testimony to my previous statement.

I have been taking this product for 8 month now while trying to become pregnant. I have always had problems with Vitamins upsetting my stomach. This product recommends taking it with a meal and I have found it works great for me because it is in a capsule form I can take it apart and add the contents to my morning smoothie :-) and not even feel like I'm taking a vitamin. The low cost is an added plus.

I have been taking these for several months now. I really think that they work well and the doctor says my baby looks healthy. I will continue to take these after the baby is born too!

I like these because it's a good price for a 2-month supply. I took them with my first pregnancy and now am taking them again for my second. I have to take them just before bed or they'll make me extremely nauseous (I believe its the vitamin B that does it). I would definitely recommend them.

i like this prenatal pills because you only have to take 2 pills a day and it is easy on the tummy, the price is easy on the wallet too
