Healthy testosterone levels are beneficial for those who want to build muscle, boost strength, and drop body fat. If I workout fasting in the morning, do I still take a serving an hour prior to workout?

Would this help women in menopause? Have any women tried this? My  levels are very low . Unfortunately like any medicine in hormones from a provider are extremely expensive. My fatigue is hight and weight gain and hard to find that motivation to workout now is difficult.  Please let me know thank you.
