Directions

As a dietary supplement, take one serving (4 capsules) 1 time per day. SS8TM can be taken with or without food. Some people may have a sensitive stomach and will not tolerate green tea extract well on an empty stomach. If this is you, be sure to take SS8TM with meals. If you are sensitive to caffeine, do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.

I drink about 300-400mg of
I drink about 300-400mg of caffeine from energy drinks/coffee most days, and I'm not too sensitive to the caffeine. This really does it for me because I take the pills about a hour into work and I feel them dissolve and ignite my hunger come lunchtime. No crash. Being moderately active and watching what I eat, I can lower or maintain my body weight pretty easy and stay energized in the morning.

Most of the Jym products
Most of the Jym products are quite good, but SS8 exceeds nearly all of them. It provides consistent energy and minimizes hunger pains. No crashes and I haven't needed the max dosage to get a solid effect.
