Directions

Adults and children age 12+, take 2 capsules (ages 6-11 take 1 capsule) every 4-8 hours as needed to maintain healthy lung function. Results are usually felt within hours, and increase with continued use. Once desired results are obtained, try 1 or 2 capsules twice daily for maintenance. May be used indefinitely if desired, or as needed for seasonal or temporary conditions.

Surprisingly effective

Buy this and thank me later! I've had a persistent cough and excessive post nasal drip for over 3 years and nothing that my doctors ever prescribed helped. I sounded awful like I had bronchitis and the coughing fits always ended up with nausea. It was embarrassing to be around people and I was desperate for relief. I purchased this product 2 weeks ago based solely on their great reviews. I figured that I had nothing to lose. The product claim that you will feel some relief after a couple hours is absolutely true. You'll breathe easier and cough less. I took 2 of these pills "as needed" which was about every 6 hours for about 4 days, and all of my symptoms completely stopped. So now, I only take 2 every morning. No more excessive mucus, post nasal drip, or coughing. I no longer use a Neti pot, allergy medicine, an inhaler, or nasal sprays. This product is worth every penny and it's clear that the ingredients are high quality. The only negative is the size of the pills but they are easy to swallow. They are thin and elongated. But if you want some relief, then you won't mind this at all. Give it a try.

Works, but makes me tired

I have been researching for this type of product for days now as my asthma/breathing has been out of control. I used to use caffeine (reign energy) to help keep my lungs open. My anxiety started getting too high, so I stopped drinking it. This morning I couldn't catch my breath. I got myself to the car, sat down for a while. Got my breathing somewhat under control and drove to the nearest vitamin shoppe. Picked this up and immediately opened it and took two before even walking out the store's doors. My breathing is definitely better. This did make me tired though. I imagine the skullcap definitely contributes to that, as I have utilized it as a sleep aid in the past... If you don't mind being tired then definitely give this a try. I am a single father, so I will probably have to go back to reign energy...
