I'm 63 and been looking for ways to build muscle. I've been taking this along with other sups. I'm pretty sure this is helping build muscle. I only take about 1 to 2 caps a day. I never take what they suggest on any sups.Along with this sup, I take BCAA, NO, Creatine and DHEA. As I am seeing positive results, I will continue this regiment.

Took for a while not bad but nothing special
I took it for a while. I cant say I noticed anything extraordinary. I hadnt taken any injectable peptides at that point. All I can say is that when I stopped taking them I didnt really notice. Ive gained more muscle since I started on Semorelin injections. My only advice is if it is working for you then keep at it but there are much better peptide options available for your money.
