This product has helped a lot with my energy levels along with the other vitamins I take from Solaray. I'm not having crazy mood swings and other things that are attributed with menopause and I accredit that to my Solaray supplements.

Made a difference!
I am 42. I had major sleep issues (perimenopause symptom) before taking this supplement, but they have completely been resolved! I no longer wake up at 2AM and stay up for more than an hour. For good sleep, this supplement is completely worth it.
