i HAVE TAKEN THIS PRODUCT OVER THE WINTER OF 2019 TO 2020 AND I AM CONTINUING TO TAKE IT INTO THE SUMMER DUE TO COVID-19. NO COLDS ALL WINTER. NO OTHER ILLNESSES EXCEPT A MILD STOMACH BUG. HEALTHIEST WINTER FOR ME IN MANY YEARS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND THEY TASTE VERY GOOD.
