Zinc blocks Copper absorption
Zinc and Copper are known antagonists, so packaging them together is the dumbest thing anyone could do. Bring plain copper back in stock and discontinue this abomination. Read the science

Bad combination
Zinc and Copper need to be taken separately. There's a lot of research about how they compete for absorption. I'm surprised to see this product, but now I know to not trust VS to do their homework.

Copper and zinc should not be taken together
Read up on this, as zinc and copper should not be taken together. They should be taken at least 2 hours apart because they compete for absorption!! Disappointed vitamin shop hasn't done the research before creating and selling this product.

Too much zinc in a serving
Gave me bad abdominal pain, despite taking it with food. Didn't pay attention to the label saying the zinc amount in a serving is 455% of daily value. There is no reason to take that much zinc, and could put people at risk of accidentally overdosing. I will stick with my Solgar chelated zinc.
