Directions

As a dietary supplement, consume 1 serving (1 scoop) of Superhuman extreme with 8-10 oz of cold water, 20-30 minutes prior to your workout. Users may assess tolerance by beginning with 1/2 serving (1/2 scoop) mixed in 4-6 oz of water if desired. Do not take within 4 hours of bed time or combine with other products that contain caffeine.

Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, if you have or suspect you may have a medical condition, or if you are taking any prescription or over the counter medications. Do not exceed recommended serving. This product contains 356 mg of caffeine per 1 scoop serving, the equivalent of approximately 3.5 cups of coffee and may not be suitable for individuals who are sensitive to the effects of caffeine. Too much caffeine
Makes me shake and heart rate way above normal. Made me dizzy and really tied and then fell a sleep. Woke up better but very worried.

The One the Shakes Up the System
I've tried them all. The first time I used Hulk I was kinda on the fence about it. Some Pre's kick you hard and leave you dead by the end, what I realized is Hulk stays with you as you go longer into your workout. What I use to think was weak is more relevant to how I train, I missed that coach head kick in the pants others gave me, but Hulk lets my last set go as hard as my first. Once I realized the difference, I setup a recurring order and stopped looking. This is the one. I pair it with Burn2O on the days I'm going to push and I'm a happy lifter!
