Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 16 - 20 ounces of cold water in a shaker bottle 30 to 45 minutes before workout. Continue to shake bottle lightly between sips and drink entirely within 25 minutes of mixing.

Great product!
This is my go to pre workout product. I don't have to add anything to it because it's already in there and it is not over caffeinated. Gives you the energy you need to have a good workout with no jitters.

Not a fan of this one. Flavor is not good. And all it is is the same thing as the elite with a little caffeine and a bigger scoop . I will not get it again or finish it.

Good pre workout
Good stuff. Love the fruit punch! Mixes easily and taste great. No real issues with side effects from this product and I'm very happy with the little extra boost this gives me. Have had issues with other pre workouts but this one is no problem for me at all
