It tastes like a glazed donut and how much so will depend on the amt of liquid added. RAW isn't the most flavorful. Most I've tried tend to be very lightly flavored. However, I've found if you use less liquid (6-8oz or less), it tends to taste like what you bought.
One downside for me however is it doesn't blend well. There will be some non-blended parts just swirling around in your shake. Not a big deal but it's something I need to mention in case you don't like that. The only other thing i noticed is it gave me a stomach ache and i found out later on it was due to the different types of protein that are in it. I primarily do whey protein isolate, but this one has that plus the concentrate and i think another different one in it too. It is the other 2 that hurt my stomach, so for this reason alone, i will not be buying it unless they happen to make a grass fed without the multiple protein types in it.
One thing it did do was keep me full until my next meal - that part i liked, so i that i eat less. So i guess i recommend it but just be careful on how much liquid you use as that dictates the flavor and check the label first to make sure you are okay with multiple types of protein used.
