Got diagnosed with PCOS last year and it's been a struggle to get my period back after stopping birth control years ago. I started taking half of the recommended serving once a day and a powdered myo-inositol d-chiro drink for my other serving consistently for a few weeks. Just got my period today. Will have to find an alternative as this is out of stock but love the product.
