Directions

Take one (1) soft chew up to three (3) times daily, preferably with meals.

Not please with taste/quality
At first these were great, now after ordering for a few months, the consistency is very poor, granular and not pleasant at all, I unsubscribed from my subscription. I can find a better product elsewhere

Gummy Residue
I loved the ease of taking them, but I was left with a gummy coating on my teeth and on the roof of my mouth. I scraped off what I could and threw it away. Not what I want in a vitamin.

Makes taking calcium a treat.
These are really nice, a lot more pleasant to take the normal vitamins, kinda taste like a sugar free version of a Tootsie Roll.
There are 60 so it lasts you more or less 2 months and you have to take one a day so it's a pretty good deal if you ask me.
