I did not realize how large the pills were... I am managing to get them down. However, because of the size I will not reorder... I remember, years ago your online site the actual pill size was noted... That would have been very helpful in this case.

How big is the softgel?

  The question stated is "Lecithin". That is akin to "how big is a container". The content at issue should have been stated. Lecithin comes in at least three sizes; 520mg, 1200mg and 1325mg. The 1200 size is about a 1 inch oval that is easy to swallow. The company should have the better answer. The actual size is diagramed on the label... which you can see without opening.

  The lecithin softgel is about one-inch long and about 3/8 of an inch wide--same size as the omega-3 fish oil softgels.
