Best Answer:  No vitamin C. Yes to Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) 400 IU.
I'm not sure if cholecalciferol is D3 or not.
You should be able to see all the ingredients on the website, I think.

If I only take one capsule will I get 1,000 mgs?

Best Answer:  Yes. However I take 2 daily. My reasons are as follows, I’m at a senior age where calcium is a must. I’ve been taking this calcium regiment for over 25 years. When I have taken my bone scans my bones are heathy and strong. Being I am a Polio survivor I think that is pretty darn great.
