The Vitamin Shoppe Magnesium Citrate Complex A.M. is an easy-to-take tablet with good MG count and good value. It aided in reducing leg cramps but not completely eliminated. I would recommend this product.

Not for me!!
Turned 50 in May and started taking this for my bone and joint health. I spend a lot of time at work stocking shelves so there's a lot of getting up and down off the floor. After I started taking this, I could barely get up or down; I had a lot of pain and, at one point, I thought I was going to have to call for help to get up off the floor. I stopped taking it and everything is fine now.
