Comments about the Vitamin Shoppe Krill Oil 500 MG - 60 Softgels:

I have been living with chronic inflammation for years. At a friends recommendation, I decided to try Krill Oil. I have not tried any other brands, but this one was around the right price and seemed to have all I was in search of. Last night I took my first dose and this morning I was amazed at how my body felt. I havent felt this good in a long time. I figured this would take a while to start to see results, this was a very nice suprise. I am sold and I would recommend highly.

Comments about the Vitamin Shoppe Krill Oil 500 MG - 60 Softgels:

Bought this when my local Vitamin Shoppe ran out of my usual Source Naturals NKO krill oil. BIG mistake. Krill oil is an amazing supplement and for me and my pains, a natural anti-inflammatory. However this VS brand had NONE of the effects that I had come to expect from krill oil. Skip this one and buy anoth other brand as long as it is "NKO" krill oil, ensuring the origin of the product is a company that produces a pure, potent product.

What is the difference in health effects between fish oil and krill oil?
                Michael S on Nov 30, 2014
Best Answer: I take krill oil because I believe it is good for heart health. If I were to stop taking it, after a while, I probably could answer your question. I prefer to keep taking it and not know the possible effects.
