This is the best Omega 3 - works so much better than the regular dose. I have arthritic knees - it really made a difference - no more stiff knees - the result is amazing! I will never be without this particular blend - works great!

Changed the coating and the size of the pill
My daughter got these for me and the coating on the pills made it so easy to swallow. They were also a smaller size. I am very disappointed in this change. Changes should be for the better. Did this change save the company money? I need to look for a different supplement now.
