Best Iron supplement without side effects
Best iron supplement I have found that doesn't constipate and improves iron levels with naturally containing beetroot.

Good but needs better coating
Works well, however they really need to coat these with something that will block the taste. Even if swallowed immediately it leaves such a bad taste.

Really great!
I always have low iron levels and have tried iron supplements but they made me sick. These supplements are fantastic. Zero stomach issues. As a result of low iron I bruise very easily (I had one on my arm) and within days it was gone.

The iron blood builder is
The iron blood builder is amazing. In 2 weeks, it raised my rbc hemoglobin to over 12. It also increased by ferritin, folate & B12 levels. This is all without side effects ( no constipation).

Best Answer:  I am not sure what it will do for your ferritin level. Years ago I found it to be the only brand of iron that did not
cause stomach upset and digestive issues for me. My nurse midwife recommended it for my fatigue. After taking it for about a month, it did help with that problem.
