I've been on these for
I've been on these for going on 3 weeks. I do feel a difference in my energy levels being increased. I don't notice any constipation. I plan on completing my 90 day supply and getting my iron retested. If my levels are good, l will definitely purchase again. My favorite is that they're sold in a glass bottle!!! Please don't change to plastic and you got a repeat customer.

I love it
This is the only supplement I will take now for boosting iron levels. I love mega food because it has natural food derived ingredients thaf are natural and work better with your body. For example tbis one includes organic brown rice, broccoli and orange. No downside for me with taking this although I do think it's better to take any iron supplement with some food in your stomach.

Helpful but could be even better imo
I like blood builder. I've taken it for years. It was doctor recommended for my low ferritin levels. It really does help. It doesn't give me bad side effects. The taste is not awesome but disappears quickly once swallowed. Nothing unpleasant lingers. Honestly, it should smell or taste the way it does as it is packed with iron boosting ingredients. I would love for there to be menthylated vitamins in it for better absorption for people with genetic issues.

Be cautioned. . it has synthetic folic acid
Im so bummed about leaving this vitamin. I have been taking it because of my low iron count and because it's convenient that it already has vitamin C for and B12 for absorption. What's disappointing is that it has synthetic Folic acid which is bad for you!! It should be methylated or the one that is not toxic for the body. Unless you guys improve your folic acid/folate I will deter to other brands.

6 Questions
Why did you choose this?

It works better than taking my prescribed iron pill and doesn’t come with all the side effects that my prescription has.

For ferritin

love that its natural anx really helps me.

I need a vegan friendly iron supplement for energy

can I take the blood builder supplement along with the women's one daily?
my ferritin is at 3 , will this product bring it up to a normal level ? thank you

Best Answer:  I am not sure what it will do for your ferritin level. Years ago I found it to be the only brand of iron that did not
cause stomach upset and digestive issues for me. My nurse midwife recommended it for my fatigue. After taking it for about a month, it did help with that problem.

will this bring my ferritin level up ?

Best Answer:  I absolutely would trust this product to keep your ferritin levels at an optimum level I find a great for me because I donate blood and you need to 12.5 and is very easy for me to maintain this level went on this product

Can you take while pregnant?

Best Answer:  Please consult with your health care provider prior to use.

Which type is this non-heme iron: ferrous fumarate, ferrous sulfate or ferrous gluconate ?

Best Answer:  Non-heme
