VS Brand Has the BEST fish oil
I've tried a few different fish oil supplements, and The Vitamin Shoppe brand honestly stands out. One of the biggest differences is how easy it is to take-compared to other brands, I don't get that strong fishy smell or those unpleasant "fish burps," which is a huge win. The softgels feel higher quality too. They're smooth, easy to swallow, and don't leave any weird aftertaste, which I've definitely experienced with other fish oil products. What really makes it better than a lot of other brands is the consistency. It just feels clean, reliable, and easy to add into my daily routine without any of the usual downsides. Some cheaper brands feel heavy or harder to tolerate, but this one is super straightforward. Overall, compared to other fish oil supplements I've tried, The Vitamin Shoppe version is just more comfortable, convenient, and higher quality. It's one of those staple supplements that's actually worth sticking with.

Great Fish Oil
Great Fish oil at a great price and a trusted Brand! I take 4 at night with a tablespoon of cod liver oil and a tablespoon of MCT oil to feed my body fats throughout the night. Would recommend this Fish Oil.
