Just wish they had vita k or k2 in it as well but will continue to buy these because of the iron in them and quality ingredients. We used garden of life before these.

Great Vitamin
After reading the labels and ingredients of every children's vitamin listed on this site, I finally settled on this one. I was looking for a new daily for my adhd son as I was not happy with the added sugar in his gummies.

He does not particularly care for the taste of these, he is extremely picky and has a lot of food aversions, but he is able to eat them with a banana each morning.

His bloodwork confirms that all of his levels are adequate after taking these. He suffers from MTHRF gene mutation which causes some deficiencies and absorption issues which lead to frequent migraines. The addition to this vitamin to his diet has relieved his migraine.

Best Answer:  It depends on how well your 1 yr old can chew hard food. With my 1 yr old, I gave him liquid multivitamins. When he turned 2, I moved him to the chewable multivitamins.

Best Answer:  It states that it’s yeast free but not specifically gluten. I stopped buying it because it has folic acid instead of folate.
