I decided to write a review about this vitamin. A lot of complaints about the taste. It's a vitamin with iron, it's not candy. If you grew up on the Flintstones, you'll be fine with this vitamin, and it's only 1 tablet daily about the size of a tums. I was using another brand multivitamin (not a vitamin shoppe brand) specifically for Biatric patients and my labs were coming back horrible and those were two huge horse pills.
