      I really hate taking vitamins in pill form, so it's difficult to write a positive review. They are large, smelly, and I burp the taste, which is always my complaint. I do think they gave me more energy, but it's hard to tell with just one bottle. If you can handle vitamin pills, these are worth a try. If you are a baby about it like me, maybe not.

      I received the new chapter every woman's one daily multivitamin complimentary from Influenster. I've been taking the product over two weeks and have noticed changes in my hair, skin, and overall energy levels. It is a normal sized vitamin and does have that vitamin taste but it's designed for fast absorption. it's very beneficial for bone, brain, and breast health. I like knowing what I'm putting in my body and this vitamin has all good benefits. I would highly recommend.

      They Are Worth It!
      This review was collected as part of a promotion
      Started taking these vitamins about a week ago. I did notice a marked, positive change in my energy level. As an older (not old!) woman, I can definitely take advantage of the benefits these vitamins provide. My only issue is the pills are on the larger side so I take with big gulps of water. I've been taking one every morning right after breakfast. You will definitely feel better overall.
