I like the fact that these supplements are bio-available therefore having less or no fillers.

Vitamin K for stronger bones
Because it is very specific types of vitamin K that strengthen bones, MK4 and MK7 especially, I take this formula. For folks with osteoporosis due to Celiac Disease, our nutrients that absorb under the tongue are more successful in reaching the bones.
