Are these safe to take when you're pregnant?

  I dont know. Vitamin K keeps calcium in your bones and out of your arteries . I havent taken calcium in years and have noOsteoporosis. Arterial plak is minimal. I am 71.

  I would not take a vitamin K supplement unless advised by your OB. It doesn’t cause birth defects but it could permote jaundice in newborns.

have there been any negative side affects from this product, specifically in the area of brain activity?

  None at all. I feel a clarity that I haven't felt in awhile. I have very low platelets and according to my last blood test it is working.
