Causes headaches

Was really looking forward to taking these vitamins. Caused severe headaches for me. I tried multiple times to rule out other causes for the headache. I determined it was this multivitamin that gave me a bad headache.

When dealing with vitamins and minerals it is best to find one from an organic food source like new chapters men's one daily! Your body will absorb 95%-100% of the quantity of each vitamin and mineral, however, there are water soluble vitamins in this product with you will pass through urination so with those your body absorbs what it needs... I specifically like the fact this multi comes with a wide spectrum of organic herbs that help with many different health concerns I may have... The turmeric is very beneficial for me due to joint problems. It comes with live probiotics as well... One of the most important things about this product is that it is 3rd party tested and verified by the International Certifications Services (ICS). This means they back the multi and ensure that what the supplement facts read, is EXACTLY what's in this product... Every time I have discussed this with a VS employee they are highly knowledgeable and recommend nothing but the best!! Excellent product and I will continue to purchase... Hope this review helps some new multivitamin consumers!

I am happy with this product

What makes this a good vitamin? The fact that it doesn't overload your system with 300%-this and 1000%-that. This vitamin has just the right amount of vitamins and minerals that you won't be peeing the excess out in neon yellow an hour after having the pill (true story!).
You want to have all the vitamins without overworking your kidneys. After a certain point - your body can't process the nutrients and it becomes the kidneys job to filter the excess out. A lot of these crazy supplements on the web have extreme amounts of vitamins that aren't going to be used by your body.
