Hair Falling Out!
I have taken supplements from this brand off and on since 2000 & recommending them all the while. I have recently been taking these vitamins for the past 3 weeks and have noticed significant and concerning hair loss. I'm talking clumps falling out in shower and throughout the day. I will no longer be buying from this Procter & Gamble acquired brand ??

The taste is very weird, and they're a bit big, but they do make me feel more energized. The packaging is a cute purple, and they come with a dry pack. It has all the vitamins and minerals you may need. Good for the value. I would rebuy.

great vitamins!
These are probably one of the better vitamins i have ever had. The bottle is made of g l a s s and did not have cotton inside. The lid is fairly easy to open. I like that these are more formulated towards women and on the cleaner side and vegan. The pills themselves are on the bigger side, but i have had no problem in swallowing them. They do have a bit of a smell to them and it can stick to your fingers, but i still prefer these to capsules anyway. Even though they have a smell, they don't taste horrible. They have been so easy on the stomach and don't give me any gi problems when not taken with food. I would definitely recommend.

Researched and compared many vitamins - this WINS
I created an excel spreadsheet comparing what a woman actually needs per day vitamin/nutrition wise, against the women's multivitamins on the market. This one had the closest level to what women need, PLUS a bunch of other herbs and good gut bacteria ingredients. AND it's NSF certified!!! That was the kicker for me. Oh and non-gmo and organic. This is the best hands down.

Multivitamin to the Rescue!
As I age the importance of a multivitamin increases. I love that this one is easy to digest and has minerals in it to promote healthy hair and nails as well as help produce collagen.

A must have!!
I've been taking these for almost a month now, and I feel like a new person. No joke! Do I still feel the need to take an afternoon nap? Nope. Constant headaches? Nope. Brain fog? Gone.
If you're contemplating getting these vitamins, don't! They have completely changed the quality of my life, and I'm 26 years old. Also, the value of this is insane! Love that it's affordable, and high quality. Only thing that I would note is that you can take this on an empty stomach, but I tended to get a little nauseous. Take it at least with yogurt if you have a sensitive stomach.
