This is the perfect size and easy to swallow. They do not have a "vitamin" taste or smell. They also come in a glass bottle with a tight seal for freshness. All the ingredients are nutrients needed for nails, hair and my skin, it also states it could aid in digestive support too. I will definitely buy this again.

I love New Chapter and have used them through my pregnancies which is how I discovered them, now I will only use this brand and find the women's daily to work really well. I like them because they absorb well, don't make you feel nauseous and have good ingredients.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to use this item due to them sending me a man multi vitamin, however my husband was happy to try it out, he was able to feel the difference in energy he feels less run down, his overall wellness is better. Love the ingredients it works good with his stomach. He will continue to take daily.

Comes in a nice glass bottle! No taste and easy to swallow. Gentle on the stomach and doesn't have any sort of smell in the bottle that a lot of vitamins can. Includes allthe vitamins I want like biotin and vitamin B12!
