Shake well before use. Take once daily following the dosing instructions listed below, or dose as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Age (4-13 Years) - 6 mg = 1 Teaspoon (5 mL), Age (14-18 Years) - 12 mg = 2 Teaspoon (10 mL), Age (19-50 Years) - 18 mg = 1 Tablespoon (15 mL), Age (51+ Years) - 6 mg = 1 Teaspoon (5 mL).

Great Product!

The flavor is bearable for a supplement, no constipation like other iron supplements. I feel energized and invigorated the longer I take this product. I will be giving blood next month, so we will see if it improved my iron count!

Multivitamins w/ hair growth and iron supplements

Works but bad aftertaste

I got this because I hate taking the pills, it works but the aftertaste is not great. It's easy to take so I'll give it that and it seems to work. The flavor at first is good but it has an unpleasant metallic aftertaste that lingers in your mouth. I typically take this right before I brush my teeth to mitigate that.

I'm am very very happy with this Iron product it really helped me make my red blood cells go back to there normal range my red blood cells were really low when I did blood work know that I took this iron liquid I got another check up and to my surprise that I was already in my normal range and this product doesn't have bad taste like others do I really recommend this to anyone that suffers from anemia or low red blood cells .
