Dr. Bach's most famous flower essence formula, Rescue Remedy, is one of the world's best known natural stress relief remedies. Made from five of the Doctor's original 38 flower essences: Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose and Star of Bethlehem. Helps restore a sense of calm and control.

Directions

Yes, this item was supposed to be sent out on April 25. We are on May 14 and I have not received it. When I go online for the update it shows that it hasn't even been picked up.

Helps calm ne

Helps calm me when I'm anxious or nervous (before meetings/tough conversations, after sudden life events). I've told my mom about it and she takes it anytime she gets into a car (she has anxiety from past car accidents) and before doctor appointments/procedures.

I love this product.

I moved to the Phoenix area and have a lot of anxieties about driving in some of the country roads, which are two way traffic lanes, narrow and the speed limit is at 65 in most of these country roads. Before I drive, I take 4 drops and this seems to calm me and relax me. This is the best product I tried for anxiety, which was recommended by my friend.

I have bad anxiety. It started getting to the point where I was having mini attacks as I drifted off to sleep.I picked this up and it worked for me. 4 drops under the tongue before bed and I haven't had one since. Could be all in my head lol . But I think I'll stick with it. ..

An every day essential!

I've been using Bach's for several years. It's a great component to stress management and easy to use! A few drops in a water bottle/container and I've got the support I need for the day! It's a natural, effective alternative to prescription drugs and harsh OTC medicines meant for stress, depression and PTSD. I even use it for my school age, ADHD/Autism Spectrum child to help her maintain a level of calm and collection. And the pricing on here is phenomenal savings compared to shelf pricing in stores!

Amazing!

Amazing stuff...I use this before I go to bed and it helps me relax and drift off. When I awake, I do not feel drowzy or "drugged".

The one thing I'm not fond of, is the % of alcohol in the product... it makes it burn if you use it directly under the tongue.

Why not use a glycrine instead?!
Other than that.... it is AMAZING!

Calm Down Fast!!!

I take this flower remedy if I suddenly get a panic attack, or if I'm overly tired and can't seem to rest. I usually try to take this in the evening if possible because once calm, I continue to stay a little sleepy from it. I think this is a great product because I can take this in place of a prescribed anxiety pill. It doesn't interact with other meds I'm taking. This product can also be used on children and even animals that are upset or generally uneasy.

Is this safe for cats and how do I use it?

Best Answer: Yes, the Rescue Remedy is safe for cats. (The pet version does not contain alcohol and is more expensive.) The amount of alcohol is minimal and will not harm them. Add three drops to the water bowl, if more than one bowl, add to all water bowls to ensure that the cats are getting Rescue Remedy. I have been using Rescue Remedy for years to calm them for veterinary visits, introducing a new cat to the household and for a cat who has general anxiety. I've seen results in about a week.
