Helps me to "leave myself alone"

I use ignatia to combat the anxiety and depression that changes in atmospheric pressure, barometric pressure, have been inflicting on me for the past 2 years-it works well and doesn't seem to have any negative side effects

Quick Relief that lasts!
This product is by far the best product on the market for treatment for anxiety. When I first came across the reviews on it on this website, I have to admit I was a little leery of this and how much it would actually work. But I was in a desperate situation and so I bought it and waa-lah my anxiety levels have decreased and I am quite satisfied with this product. Quick relief!

Relief for Panic Anxiety Attacks
Been to the hospital on several occasions. Once the Ambulance tech told me it was a panic attack. The ER doctor poked prodded and tested me all night. He got mad and told me there was nothing wrong with my heart. This works well to calm me when i get very upset. it calms the system and helps you relax to be able to think clearer in an emotional situation (or at least that has been my experience) The container is easy to use and small enough to take anywhere.

Best Answer:  I purchased this product to help with extreme grief and the anxiety associated with it. I highly recommend it for that purpose and have in fact been able to slowly ween myself off it. I do not know if it would help with nicotine withdrawal. I successfully used a product called "stop smoking tea" an herbal tea for help in quitting smoking many many years ago and highly recommend it along with a lot of self discipline. Good luck and stay positive. You can do it!M.
