Best Answer:  I purchased this product to help with extreme grief and the anxiety associated with it. I highly recommend it for that purpose and have in fact been able to slowly ween myself off it.
I do not know if it would help with nicotine withdrawal. I successfully used a product called "stop smoking tea" an herbal tea for help in quitting smoking many many years ago and highly recommend it along with a lot of self discipline. Good luck and stay positive. You can do it!
