Directions
As a dietary supplement, take on serving twice daily. IntraXCell may be taken with or without food - food may dampen the prickling sensation that some people experience from Beta-Alanine. On Training days: Take one serving 15-20 minutes prior to exercise (can be conveniently taken with our Pre-Workout formula SteelEdge) and take one serving post workout. On Non-Training days: Continue to take two servings daily with food. For best results, use IntraXCell daily for a minimum of one month to significantly increase intracellular muscle carnosine levels. Performance benefits from IntraXCell will become noticeable in your workouts within 1-2 weeks, and will continue to become stronger for the first 3 months as intracellular carnosine levels continue to increase. To fully maximize IntraXCell's benefits, we recommend individuals stay on IntraXCell for a full three months
Warning
Some individuals may experience a prickling sensation due to the beta-alanine content. These effects usually subside after continued use. If the sensation continues, and you find it bothersome, simply reduce your dosage to a level where the sensation does not occur, taking more frequent doses so you will still get 6 capsules per day.
